5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with all offerings. The provisions below apply depending on the type of product or service purchased.

5.1 Legal Advisory Services

If you need to cancel a scheduled advisory session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the agreed time. Cancellations made within this window may be rescheduled at no extra charge. Sessions canceled later are nonrefundable due to staff allocation and scheduling constraints.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Approved requests will be processed within 7 business days and funds will be credited using the original payment method. Transfers of purchased licenses are not available.

5.3 Physical Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will process a reimbursement within 10 business days via the original payment method.
